The exposure one has with leaders, you get to understand their mindset, figure out how the big decisions get taken. It increases the business knowledge. Also since it's a startup, things are constantly moving which leads to tremendous learning because what worked in the past might not work now at a bigger scale. It constantly forces the mind on innovation

The working from home can be an option for a Medical facilitator & SME who can take assessments or classes online. Working hours can be a bit more flexible in terms of proper work life balance.

Blindsided in appraisals, experience may differ with team you are in. Indefinite onboarding time, they delayed it at first, then preponed it. Caused a lot of anguish to people who actually wanted to start earning.

Amazing work and learning environment. Very supportive colleagues who got out of their way to help for small or big deliverables. Excellent organization to grow rapidly with a lot of autonomy and emphasis on out of the box approach. Flat hierarchy and a top down approach of complete transparency of information.
