Overall it is very good. One can get opportunity to develop their self and learn decision making skills. I always love my roll and company .

Dislikes

If you are hard working and honest to job, work pleasure is high. But grawth rate is low. Company ask for suggestions but unable to implement religiously due to various reason. Company is lucky that it got honest staff .

challanges are there if you understand your responsibility. Day to day cost , yield, quality , production target, done on war level. It is hectic sometime whenever not body understand you and want to listen.

Everything was ok But some Seniors have bad attitude in Electrical Dept. pipe plant (location Varangade , Mahagaon) Name - 1) Prashant 2) Tiwari I had family issue to come in 1st shift and my colleagues were ready to come in 1st shift , I requested to them to change my shift , Also I requested to Datta Sir to talk with Prashant but Prashant said that Tiwari has made shift schedule and you will have to come in that shift only , one more guy name is Vahid from other department was saying me that , “Give resign if you are not able to come in 1st shift”. Finally I left the job without notice period because I can not work with cheap people. Overall company is good , salary is ok....Read More
