Sometimes I feel that the facilities in the washroom should be increased a bit. The bulbs often don't work These should be regularly checked.

I have joined here a couple of months ago. I am serving this company as the Deputy General Manager. of PSQ Within a couple of months, I got to know that training Sessions are conducted here These sessions are conducted for all the employees. These sessions were being conducted during the corona virus lockdown too. Apart from the sessions motivations lectures were also organized for the employees to fill them with hope during the corona-virus pandemic. I once had issues working in the starting. But my boss very dedicatedly explained me all the work and helped me get on board. After this, I never found any difficulties.

I have been working here since a month. So, yes I have joined here quite recently, i have been getting a good pay. So despite the fact that there are quite less jobs available at this time. they are paying me a salary I have also got my bonus for Diwali which I was not expecting at all. I know many of my colleagues in the former offices who are not even getting a full salary even in these months. So, this company providing your complete salary along with the bonus is really a remarkable thing. Through I did not got the bonus as much like that of my colleague caz i had joined recently but I am happy that i got it, This is great going! After working here for 6 years, i can proudly say that this company can handle the toughest of situations. When the coronavirus started to affect the daily operations of the company, Viraj didn't waste any time in thinking of a plan of action to prevent the negative effects of the situation. This plan of action was so excellently made that the company was not closed even for a day. Also, ours was the only company in the industry that worked throughout the lockdown. Being open every day, the workers did not have to suffer unemployement or financial issues. Hats off to this company for its efficiency and the ability to take quick action....Read More

This is on of the offices where the opinion of employees matter a lot. I have seen many offices giving feedback to the employees are asked at regular intervals to give their feedback of the company. This helps the company to know what the employees think of it. And very surprisingly, the feedback is valued. When any employees mentions a problem in the feedback, that problem is looked after and the company gets a chance to be better. This is something that all the offices should do. I joined Viraj Profiles Limited in 2015. I worked here in Mumbai for 2 years then in 2017 I left this organization due to certain personal reasons. For the duration for which I was working here, my experience was good. I was promoted as the Deputy General Manager. Initially, i was very nervous in working at this position. The management believed that I had the qualities to take up this position. The belief in the management always kept me motivation. There was one thing that i was not so happy about in this organisation. It was the uniform. I have never been comfortable with uniforms and i love to wear formals in different colors to office.
