i don't like the culture of calling of meeting every day. I feel that we should be given enough time to work rather than running from one meeting to another.

My work includes monitoring of the stock levels and checking the things related to purchases. i as also required to see that my team is working well and that the work target is being met on time.

Good leadership is one of the necessary things required in a company. And this is what my seniors told me when I began working here. I have been serving here as the Manager so being a good leader is required of me. I was given various trainings along with great guidance. These training happen even today. This company has made me more skilled at my job.

Dislikes

Just like the training sessions are being organized here, I feel that employee engagement programs should also be organized. Since the number of employees in the company is big, engagement programs will help in bonding in a better way.

I look after electrical maintenance and issues related to the electrical department. I am also responsible for electrical operations, electrical setup, etc. and I report to the top management.

Viraj Profiles Limited has a clear vision. Since always it has aimed at being the number one in the industry. having a clear vision help the company in being the number one but that is not all. The company has maintained its position too. And in spite of many challenges it face time to time, it has maintained its position in the industry.

Dislikes

I only hope that this work culture is maintained. This is important for taking the company forward. What i don't like here is that I don't get opportunity to interact with many senior people in the company.

I have recently joined Viraj as Manager. I have heard many things like an unhealthy work culture and a not-so-responsible management bring major problems in companies these days. For Viraj, how-ever, I can say that the work culture is far better than other companies where some of my friends are working. Every employees here is professional especially the senior management and well focused on work. Help and guidance are always available whenever I get stuck with something. Viraj is hiring during the COVID-19 times too and that is mainly done to help the local people. And as I hear, the job here is very safe even in such times. Full salary is being given. I joined Viraj as the Assitant General Manager 3 years ago. I have spent many years in this company. The management of this company has always been running things smoothly. The management is very considerate about resolving any issues faced by the employees as and when they bring that to notice. Many employees had been facing issueswhile commuting to work in the month of March / April 2020 when the COVID-19 lockdown began. Transportation was something I too was having problems with, as I stay in Viraj and the plant is located in Boisar. Certain employees were finding difficulty in getting food and ration as well. When all such things were brought to notice, the company immediately came up with feasible solutions for all the employees. We were given free transportation services, with proper safety and cleanliness. Food grains were distributed among employees from time to time. Every employee here has been made to go through training sessions basically revolve around the work profiles of employees. This year, in 2020, Viraj Profiles Limited has also started motivational sessions for all the employees. These sessions educate us about being so positive that any kind of problem should not worry us or cause panic. I think such sessions set this company apart from the rest and these sessions are very necessary when there are such medical emergencies in the whole nation.
