No job security in VIP INDUSTRIES LIMITED. IN 3months of lockdown company has laid of 50% of manpower. All depending on favouritism and oiling.

Dislikes

This organisation is full of internal politics, very slow career growth and success depends on oiling the seniors. 50% people are laid of in 3months of lockdown. Company is not a bit employee centric.
