Top management 90% are retired persons. No any kind of training for officer's.Old age management old thinking. No innovation in production. Capital spending very less. Poor office infrastructure like non profit organization. No scope for growth. Hitler type behaviour about juniors. Parties only for HOD. No involvement of juniors. Low educated person in top levels. Very bad canteen food and evevironment...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
