One of the worst company I have ever worked. No work life balance, too much politics. The worst thing is they your part of salary in name of retention and promise to give it when you complete an year, after completing year they doesn't give your money back but say they will give it another year and continue deduction your part of salary in name of retention. If you are 5 min late they you are absent in morning half, If you are on resignation they you are going to be a victim of politics for 3 months...Read More

There i was hired as anUI developer, but they moved me into angular, team was very cooperative. Managers are very good. Working environment is very good. Politics is everywhere so let’s ignore that. Overall i have a great working experience there.

Dislikes

As such nothing big, few things like they don’t organise any tour/trips, no celebrations for new year eve or anything.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. First give 4 coding questions 1 SQL and 3 DSA I write all the questions code then interview asked opps and dbma after interview say wait for hr round I wait 6pm after that they say profile is not selected. This totally time waisting company
