No Target based work, all you have to do is maintain routine work, Director is supporting your new Ideas. 9.30-6 timing after that no one will interrupt on work. Much time to explore and learning.

Dislikes

No clarity on increment process, Seniors will never be able to grow you. Directors only listens to senior management. No paid leaves, HR department is consultant based, so basically they only do cost cutting from workers salary to showcase their performance.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
