With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I did not like some things about the company, like if an employee is leaving the job, then talk to him as to why he is leaving, what is the problem with him, secondly, if such a big company wants to keep someone at a high level, then first of all he should They don't report whether he is a person of that level or not.

Daily meeting it's not like it and other company pf facility both side but our comapny cut the pf employee side and compant not give a diwali bouns also. And so much prasher in the all salesman all day doing the meeting and insurance policy is not good company not provide a insurance card every salesman
