There is nothing to like in this organization.

Dislikes

Everything. You will feel you have downgraded yourself after working in this company. And the owner and his wife are one such foolish couple i have ever seen. Unfortunately they are director this company and will be sole reason for downfall of this company because of their foolish decision making power.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
