Job Security - Employees have been working here since 20 years also. Work Culture - It is great, sales and marketing division is great to work with and it is like one huge family. Management - Very welcoming, and always promote growth. Company policies - Very quick to adapt to situations eg during lockdown, the implementation of Work from Home was quick.

It would be better if there was a canteen.

Supportive Management and Work efficiency. I have learn very good things while working for vimal on short notice of 2 months only.

I worked in vimal intertrade for only 2 months due to internal issues with HR.some people from Hr team is actually so much arrogent while talking with you. No one in HR team deserve to be a HR as that they are having zero knowledge of HR.
