Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

No any support from director and managing director, and for your kind information not a single day off to Staff, if you leave during corona your Salary was dedicated, no any company policies for Staff, working culture is like a retail store.

Every thing of company, it's called to a pedhi, director are working style is very poor, they're not communicate with eachother so that staff are suffering, if you do 1 director works then second director is rudely behaviour with you, they are not calculated your work, but calculate whose work you then they dicide to your are liablefor increment or not. If on personal do everything then all the person give him all the work but he/she don't except increase salary. And most worst system is bond systems, if you sing bond then all the directors start to harassment the staff. They don't know how to work with female Staff, they also harasment to female staff, so many staff left the vimal with full and final settlement....Read More
