Meetings at exit time around 3:45?? Ok!! don't ask about english faculty they stay till 5 because HOD starts meeting at 4 while going home. She distributes her work cleverly like a fox

Saree colour code, College girls attitude towards teachers, NO DISCIPLINE , Management need to hire HR for leave policies, and for rules and regulations Need to pay for OT

This is one of the worst colleges to work for. The management is awful. They are rude with the teachers and the students are arrogant. Nobody even attempts to change that. The timings are okay, I guess. The compensation is very little for the work they make you do.

Company culture is good. Great canteen.

Dislikes

Staff meetings held in our personal time or after college hours. Management believes in monarchy. Can survive in the college if you can bargain your self respect.
