Dislikes

The company gave salary in cash and don't provide appointment letter and experience letter, teammates are not supportive at all and shift their responsibilities to other so that they cannot face any trouble. There is no official training, everything goes on word of mouth, even the incre ment. The management don't trust their employees at all, treat them like a labour, and don't take any responsibility of employees (accident and death on work) give mental harassment to employee by calling them in every 20 mins. The Management ignores the issues like harassment to their female staff and never take action against it. They have a handbook which states that they can terminate any employee with or without reason at any time (fired 3 employees without notice)....Read More

Work Details

I was responsible for building markets and handover to the executives and coordinating with social media team (who was handling facebook, instagram and linkdin) coordination with the parties, handling queries of sales.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
