The job is quite interesting as I like as I like my field. n the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Company is open to give good exposure by working on various product i.e personal care,home care etc. I love to work ovet there but because of the superior management i had to leave.
