Vikram is a very convenient and pleasant place to work. It has great ambience and positive atmosphere and the employees are very helpful in encouraging each other in d areas of growth

There is no such working environment or culture which is does not have it's highs and lows and Vikram is no different but the approach of d doctors towards the patients is what makes Vikram one of d top most hospitals

Team work and giving facility like for staff free check up, cab, cafeteria☕️, for night shift staff give snacks. Tournament as football⚽ game. They provide covid allowance. Double over time, If staff suffering from covid then they provide medicine, full body check up, ambulance facility, salary don't deduct during covid. Hospitalstaff has good behavior.
