The hospital is providing good training for each and every staffs.the higher authorities are very friendly in nature with staff. We can inform all of our problems to them easily.. finally I m sure that this hospital will provide u personal and professional development. Thank u

Some times there is partiality.. but it's not in this hospital only . Wherever u go, u will find the same issues.. apart from this it's good hospital

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
