Management given more space to learn and I utilized that opportunity. There is no restriction for the new Idea and creativity.

No proper system's or management, there is no customer reference because there is no customer satisfaction.And personally which I faced in vijay raja Sales team is not recognized, normally i would see the time to work and mostly i was achieved my commitment or 80% of the commitment even through I'm not getting any recognition from them.Team work is really missing in this organisation.
