In start I was very with the work culture but after few days when I completed my probation period then due to company management pressure it was getting worst. First they will use like asset and later on when you work is done they will treat you like anything. Also HR team won't help you for all these things because they know at theend they have to work with management. My process name was becon and TL name is Shrinivas Talikoti. Favouriteism, politics, meaning less meeting to torture us and even quality team is do what ever operations need. They won't listen our side and at the end we have to face PIP if we won't do like they want...

Worst team support in CRC and QA person he's name is muzammil qureshi he marked us incorrect error in certification and HR rakhi chawla is not supportive at all and not ready to listen our concern, This leads to our separation and this is very unfair decision
