The school promotes each and every teacher equally , they have best cultures , conduct functions after the schools for teacher and give many more perks, reading the comments I saw negative things about Director and other people , tbh , these kinda people whom I know personally were creating nuisances in the school and was fired from the institution .

Likes

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are sometimes supportive and the management is not transparent. Institution policies are average, appraisals are also not fully fair and not getting satisfied salary. Also Providing accomodation.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. Job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is not as much interested till now. I am struggling as there was no formal training session. I'm learning many things on the job. I got a chance to wear hat and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
