Likes

All the teachers are cooperative and they are happy of my library services to them and the students.Work environment is good and there is a balance in work and life as the timing is 8:30 to 3:30. By payment, travel facility is also available.

Dislikes

As there is a single librarian for the whole school the workload is more and there is no increment in salary as per the expectation or experience.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
