Infrastructure is good besides nothing is good in working condition.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, management do-nothing. Salary is very very less, you can barely survive and that is for highly qualified staff. Don't have facilities like training or workshops to improve your skills. Also they don't give yearly salary increment.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting, but you need to keep updating your skills and knowledge with new techniques so that you can pass it to students, we don't get such apportunities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
