Students were the best thing working in there and some of the colleagues were helpful a lot.

Dislikes

They are not very supportive to everyone but to a few favourites esp the Present Principal. I was criticised in meetings in front of everyone which made life difficult there. No job security if management doesn't like you. They are also not open to new ideas

I was very happy to work with VIDHYANIKETHAN COLLEGE, I like to rejoin to my college... Fathe and Principal was very supportive, very nice colleagues, very good library... and very near to my house, overall very nice college.
