The colleagues were good. The senior coordinator, Deexha Gusain, is the only one in the management who helps a bit in the personal growth of the teachers and cares about the teachers in general.

Dislikes

This is a money making business and not an educational institution. The management does not really care or even pretend to care about imparting education. They would rather use their teachers to make baseless records for the school. There is no work-life balance and the compensation is so poor. They want you to work 24*7 for them but would not pay you for that. On top of everything, they would choose to humiliate the teachers in every way possible. There is no chance of personal growth and this place is toxic to the utmost level. There is no upside to working here. They are exploiting people who are desperate for employment.
