PDPs and workshops for teachers to develop their skills as required by IB. Working environment is positive and encouraging. Teachers are motivated through powerful words of wisdom by president. Work ethics are followed very well. Celebrations and events are well organized and celebrated with high spirits.

Absolutely no security at all. Your contract can be terminated without any notice period. Unhealthy culture and work environment with superiors and older staff who are absolutely unprofessional, and have risen in position only through servility.

Dislikes

It is a challenge to write something good about this place. People who you work with are absolutely ill-informed about the IB pedagogy, have poor communication skills and believe in hoodwinking people by throwing in "IB terms" which they do not understand fully. It is recommended that they practice what they preach (so hopelessly!) I have had to "dilute" my plans to make up for their inadequate knowledge. The Principal has a special talent! She enjoys sadistic pleasure in humiliating people (publicly) for the slightest mistake. She is encouraged to become more human and not hide behind her "fake degrees" - (she seems overqualified on paper, yet is completely the opposite in person!) Hence, for someone like me, to tolerate this person and the others in an environment that does little to encourage growth is indeed a suffocating experience and a degradation of one's skills which is quite a challenge to bear....Read More

Just a big NO for anyone looking to work here, management is least bothered to even know what your name is, forget about your qualification. You get promoted on the basis of the influences or contacts you have in the industry. Only thing that works here is flattering, no amount of experience or knowledge you have is taken into account. These people are running a scam in the name of school. You talk to the Prinicipal and you will understand the level of education being provided to the learners, pathetic spoken english and communication skills. Only plus she has is being married to a super rich old man. You are never allowed to take your grievances to the management, if you try to do so you are sacked, you ask for a raise you will be sacked, you to try to put a point forth you will be sacked, basically if you get into this place the only thing you should do is shut your mouth and work like a donkey....Read More
