Just a big NO for anyone looking to work here, management is least bothered to even know what your name is, forget about your qualification. You get promoted on the basis of the influences or contacts you have in the industry. Only thing that works here is flattering, no amount of experience or knowledge you have is taken into account. These people are running a scam in the name of school. You talk to the Prinicipal and you will understand the level of education being provided to the learners, pathetic spoken english and communication skills. Only plus she has is being married to a super rich old man. You are never allowed to take your grievances to the management, if you try to do so you are sacked, you ask for a raise you will be sacked, you to try to put a point forth you will be sacked, basically if you get into this place the only thing you should do is shut your mouth and work like a donkey....Read More

The school's infrastructure is impressive. The organization embraces diversity of all cultures and religions while hiring. Special subject teachers are invited to actively discuss new ideas, share experiences and work collaboratively among the teaching faculty.

I'm putting this review after a few months of pondering and evaluating. The organization mostly hires incompetent teachers who are not suitable for working for an IB school; probable cause - saving up funds for the extravagant birthday celebrations of the founder and the principal and other events. Very few educators are even fluent in the English language. Higher authorities regularly practice public criticism of employees & passive aggressive behaviour. There is NO financial security. They are saying goodbyes to employees (even long term) left and right as employees are looking for a less toxic workplace somewhere else. I personally have witnessed loyal employees of a decade leave in 2 days. Higher authorities are disengaged & disinterested from the main teaching. They will be unclear and inconsistent about their expectations but blame the employees for everything. They look down upon the staff members in the cafeteria and janitors. The salary is disappointing and moreover, receiving hard earned money late is just disheartening....Read More
