There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

Victora auto is good company it is indian mnc group and from here I have learnt many things like Purchase Bill Entry, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries TDS Deduction and Vendor Reconciliation and today I have got a job in a good company and I hope the company protests and moves forward in such a future.

Policies are bad. Only salary increased with promotions of top label designations as well as i say that hod labels or relations labels salary high But others employees don't increased salary and same for promotion.
