Friendly environment. So much scope of learning new thing because we are alway working on new language (latest version) and technology.

Dislikes

It’s not relax job like government employees, always we have to top of new technology.

Work Details

I am a member of this family, when there are only 6 member. Now we have 2 branch and more than 80 member in this family.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
