VIBGYOR Vadodara is a big political hub. Leg pulling is at it's best. Coordinator and Principal are very rude with fellow staff. Student centric school so teachers are always on back foot. Due to this type of work culture teachers do not work with peace of mind and are always under pressure. Too many observations by management. Work Details

Work life balance is pathetic. They overload teacher with lot of work and then blame the teacher for inefficiency. Always some work we have to take home.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Deadlines, on a short period of time tasks has to be completed which makes at times overloaded.
