The working environment of the school is good. As a new employee I was given more than sufficient settling time. There are many learning opportunities in the school, if one is passionate and honest towards her or his work. It is a good place to work, learn and progress.

The work process is very systematic and well explained which helps a lot but which in turn sometimes restrict ones actions. So, sometimes it is required that one should put forward his or her thought in a firm and honest manner so that it may take the form of an action.
Work Details
I worked as a Special Educator. There is no travelling requirements in job but for training purpose the Special Educator and Counsellor are sent to Mumbai (head office) twice a year.

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.
