Vibgyor mainly focuses on documentatation part which compel the employee to compromise on giving quality education. employee keep busy in winding up expected documentation, only on the basis of which he or she is rated. Content knowledge is not even in their third catagory when parents pay too high, their expectations from the scool are obvious.

Only thing I liked was I met new people who supported me. They went out of the way to help me with fighting with my higher ups who pulled me down and made my life hell.

It was hell of a ride for me. It works out for some people as they away with a lot of things. There is a lot of favoritism and prejudices that happen here. Jealousy swells to some other level. Every day of my life felt like a day I will be fired. Horrible

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

No promotion. No stable salary increment. Politics Appease your Hod's and coordinator Appease parents Always pamper childrens irrespective they are wrong or right. We can't give remark "incomplete"in note books instead write "kindly write". If parents request you to call after school too teachers are liable to call from home from their personal number . If students scores less in exam teachers are liable to take extra class on working Saturday personally to that student. To much of unwanted record works. Say for eg: every attendance you need to enter at 3 place , one in there app, then their website then in the attendance master. Notebook correction has to be done very minutely like exam correction which is very tedious. Once completes correction , random books are send to principal for re-checking and they fine the mistakes of children but teacher will score less as teacher didn't made the correction. Teachers who teaching there since 8years are not given promotion to higher grades even though they are willing to teach higher grades. Parents simply raise SR and teachers are answerable to it.
