This organization completely showing favoritism.Teachers have no right to teach children by their own, everything is scripted. Never bother about students behavior.Only thing matters is Money.

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

There is no job security they easily fire employees not looking at background experience and current performance.Management suddenly takes a decision to downsize and they fire employees easily within a day terming as organisation restructuring.

The work pressure is tremendous. Lady Principal and Cluster principal both are hopeless, cheap, playing dirty politics. Giving ill treatment to others. Both if them are very egoistic. Bypassing the system in terms of administration and favouring to admin assistant. I will never ever suggest to anyone to work in such a horrible and terrible environment and with such a hopeless principals. Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .

Nothing... Team management not good... No overtime pay... Lots of pressure... Every day overtime work office time is 9:30 to 6:30 but they pressure to work till 10-11 pm... Actually they don't know how to do Ecommerce business
