HR department who is supposed to be the custodian to set up work culture is the most toxic department, I would not recommend any one to join this, as long as people like Prithviraj & Praveen are part of deparment.

Company Culture is horrible, People working there only want to impress the Chairman. Nobody is working for the betterment of the organization. Everyone only wants to impress the Chairman and for this they can even kill eachother. Politics prevails to another level and has spoilt the complete company culture. Management knows about this but is not doing anything to resolve it. Attrition is extremely high due to this. People who are sane don't stick for more than 6 months. They work with an age old method and are not even upgrading themselves. No proper HRMS in place. Getting one small data and building a report on it is the biggest challenge. School is very professional and pure corporate culture, everything is done according to plan , great brand name , teachers are well educated and very decent , multi culture working place

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .

Nothing... Team management not good... No overtime pay... Lots of pressure... Every day overtime work office time is 9:30 to 6:30 but they pressure to work till 10-11 pm... Actually they don't know how to do Ecommerce business
