This is a fraud company and i didn't receive the stipend for my hardwork. They fool people, use them and don't pay for the hardwork. The worst company i have ever come across. Please do not apply for this company even by mistake. These frauds should have shame on themselves for using people and not paying them.

Fraud company. Doesn't pay you for your work. Uses people for their benefit and then doesn't pay salary. Don't consider it even by mistake. Fraud, scam.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
