No life - work balance, fault is only yours, management is clean, there is a person who dose nothing but only pressurizing you for work, if you can work on weekends without and compensation join vibes, you have to feel insult everyday and still keep on working.

So many fake promises are made at the time of hiring. Incentive is zero, on the basis of which the basic salary is reduced by the management. I personally waited for two years to receive the incentive but the management is too smart in gross cutting and saving the money to come in line light. Hope they improve the professional environment and improve the job satisfaction level as it will be good in competing in today's competitive world....Read More
