Likes

The training was really good it made me learn new things about US tax. Got some really good friends here.

Dislikes

There is not a single thing I dislike about this company. Trust my words don't join this company untill and unless you like to be manipulated and want to be in office politics. These people want there work whatever the situation is they don't even think in what situation you are. And everything depends on your manager,he is your god. If he says you have to come office then you have to whatever your problem is. Favouritism is there. No appreciation. After working for months they will simply say your performance is not good rather than helping they will make you regret the decision of joining them. Nothing is like Big4 here. Salary is very minimal.like really very minimal....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
