No parity in designation. less year of experience person can be boss of senior level expericence guy. HR is not responsive. Variable pay % is in CTC is too much and you need to complete financial year to get that.

The only good thing is that leadership at Viacom 18 is good

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Extremely toxic and non inclusive. Most employees do mot have basic manners or etiquette. Bullying, gossip mongering is at unimaginable heights. It feels more like a solitary confinement in jail rather than a work place which is more open minded. Horrible building and canteen. The canteen does not provide goodfood. Viacom is cheating employees of their money as they have already reserved a part of your package to go into reliance insurance. And the 10 percent variable is sold as something you will get at the end of the financial year but you get only what they want to give you....Read More
