only few people work from home others are unpaid leave ,25-20% salary for 8 hours of working ,not even giving basic need , some of the people are using there own laptop ,internet ,they have cancelled health insurance without informing , no proper communication from management what they going to do what are the company plans. ,

Dislikes

no career growth ,no salary hick from past 2 years ,no value for the employees ,they have cancelled all the teammates ,no training ,no job security ,unqualified team leaders they learn from executive ,no matter how much you work you will never appreciated ,no healthy work environment ,its very hard to get work and life balance .

I left this company month of jan but today i feel to give my point of view on via.com. I have lost my 3.5 year of quality time at via & i am one responssible.I joined in 2016, before that probably i left 5 company. So via was my 6th company in my career.2016 to 2017 i thought via was the best company ever in the world. But after 2017 the horrible time became started. 2017 they had terminate all the qualified senior management & kept all useless authority. 2018 they had shifted their office from manyata to a hell place reheja tower. After 2018 no increment given. They stop offering free food as well..after 2017 i have seen many people leaving via but few people like me never think to leave. That was the mistake. Day by day they are stop offering all the benefit but still people are not ready to leave, Untill & unless company through them out.Thank god i left on jan. Now the situation is like hell....Read More

All most all the employee are coming to office for watching movie. No pressure no target. But if you want to learn something instead of watching movie then your uneducated team leader has problem. Consultant has more knowledge on process then team teader. Unqualified manager & Team lead, they just promoted bcoz of tenurity. No growth .. No future.. Working at via is like a time pass. Bcoz of the comfort zone many employee are not leaving the company. They dont know a dark future is waiting for them....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
