1. Salary and other reimbursements are always on time. 2. Travel comfortability. 3. Management vision 4. Family medi-claim

Dislikes

Everything except the above points falls in DISLIKE kitty. Zero job security. Ruthless treatments from management. HR tries to help but they are having very limited access to do something and lacks professionalism. The basic respect of an employee is missing here. Though the company shows a lot about their ethics, professionalisms etc but in real sense it's absolutely BIG BIG ZERO.
