Only salary and insentive are good that's it

Dislikes

They are hiring in bulk in November and December on the contract basis, because their count of every country is so much in start in January to Mid September, After That they are ending your contract and so much people loose their job

Vfs global terminates there fresher staff.. Is this the way how you're helping them during this covid 19 pandemic??? There should be some kind of humanity you should help them to get out of this pandemic through your support.. Really very devastated by the company and there services .. Vfs is very pathetic place to work on. Not happy with working there... This is non-acceptable behaviour by vfs

Excellent training process. Total team work is there good and cooperative staff. Environment is friendly. We will get to know lots of things related to different countries.

over all work experience with VFS global was good if i talk about working environment it was quiet flexible but one of the draw back is they hire people for contractual basis and once the season is over company start kicking out its employees...people on managerial level are quiet partial but senior level management is good....Manager named Khusboo sharma and Akash srivastava are really cheap.

talking about salaries and incentives...salaries are very low and employees only get incentives during the season.

bad thing about vfs that never support with their talent and so bad in terms of salary growth and career as well.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
