strongly advise against working for this company. The work environment is extremely toxic, largely due to the management style of Mr. Mithlesh Kumar. He micromanages his team incessantly, closely monitoring every detail of their work and stifling any sense of autonomy. On top of that, Mr. Kumar frequently uses unprofessional and inappropriate language when interacting with his team, which further deteriorates the work atmosphere. In meetings, the boss also uses unprofessional language with managers, contributing to a consistently hostile environment. New employees are quickly frustrated by the toxic culture and fear retaliation if they voice their concerns. The small team working on Vesure technology is particularly affected but remains silent due to job security fears.
