My subordinates and cross functional colleagues including department HODs

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is very unsuppotive, The VP HR himself is a great conspirator, pay disbursal is on time but you may expect lot of dissent from people who are old in system, they want to maintain their strong presence in all matters. It is half of what it used to be in end 2019 just because of these internal politics, employee policies are very obsolete.

Work life is quite balanced for some functions.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
