Everything they don't give Sunday off and asks 2 hours more to work. They even don't give holidays on weekend and they can give holiday whenever they want which can be from 7 days to 10 days. They don't give salary as shown in the offer letter we will get salary based on sales. Leads provided by them are also old which doesn't work.

Company culture. Basic etiquette of employees and employers. Don't expect any work-life balance if you join the team. In other words the company is scam. Even CEO don't know how to dressup.

There is nothing to like about this place. We all hated it here. They make their interns write and spread fake positive reviews all over the internet including here and glassdoor. From my experience I can say that every bad review that you would have heard about this place is definitely true. This place was genuine hell and its run by inexperienced and incompetent people. Dont think there you will find a more unprofessional workplace. Every word the ceo or the top management here would say to us was a lie. I disliked everything here. They treat their interns really badly and take advantage of them. Freshers are trapped and forced to work here so that they can get their certificate. There is a reason this company hires 100s of students every few months but very few people in the top management have worked for more than a year ( this company has been operational for more than 3 years). 1. They had zero regard for mental health or human life during this covid period. Zero precautions were taken in the office. Even after they would conduct employee tests they would withhold the results, only the people testing positive they notify. The information that these people are positive would be withheld from those testing negative, and those who knew would be forced go come anyway. They told us things like 'dont use covid as an excuse to work from home'. This period of time is when India was severely reeling from the second wave and bangalore was one of the highest affected cities. Only when lockdown was announced, then did they allow work from home. And for that also those interns who werent from bangalore, they forced them to move into verzeo co live pgs and threatened to put their internship on hold or terminate if they dont comply. 2. They will go to any length to cut intern salary. Even during peak lockdown when some interns were working from home, if they didnt get a conversion during the day they would hand out LOP for them. This is even if they are working hard, making 50+ calls per day. 3. Even interns who try to resign from this hell, they will force them to either work during the notice period or pay 15k to leave. If that isnt enough, they will come up with some random target conversions for the intern to complete during the notice period. If they dont complete then the hr threatens to extend the notice period. This policy of target during notice period isnt there in the offer letter. Literally all we do is call students and ask them to buy our internship courses. We are given company leads that the lead gen team generates but they never work so we are forced to generate leads as well as get sales.

Everything, There is 0 work life balance. This company is perfect for people who want to live their life drinking and smoking and having no time for themselves. There is absolutely no growth in this company for right minded people. You will just get stuck
