The work pressure is quite low here. You can enjoy working here and all the team members are well supportive.

Dislikes

You are not supposed to present your innovative ideas if you are at low level. The learning experience is very bad if you are a fresher or mid level. Join this organisation if you dont want to work more or learn but still paid well salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
