I like nothing here, HR policies are worst they are completely in favour of organisation. Worst working culture they hold incentives and increments to keep the employees within their organisation. Salaries will be credited after 6 or 7th of every month. If someone want to grow in their career then avoid vertex

Well vertex known for his timely pay and they will not delay or hold your hard earned money. But about the job security hiring and firing is very common in vertex, you may be fired with in a month of your joining... So please contemplate carefully and take the right decision. Work recognition is not there.

Every company have their own processes, but in vertex every day new process very stringent rules. Want to survive in vertex has to deliver numbers irrespective of the market situation or irrespective of internal company situation. Some time you will not know that who is boss. Every department has rights to sit across with the sales team and discuss about the cases and the pipeline status. Specially HR team they have mandate to intervain in any department....Read More
