Work Life balance is very very pathetic. You will learn nothing and inspite of that you will loose everything what you earnt from previous organization. Never expect salary on time. Total employees are surrounded by politics. Zero Job security, you never expect which is going to be your last day, all of a sudden they will call and tell you that today is your last day, management is not happy with your performance and this will happen after finding your alternative. Few employees are still waiting for promotions and salary increment from past 2years. non of the management or your immediate reporting boss will appreciate your work even after putting your 100% effort and bring good results to them. they never make justification... Complete Politics, everyone here is selfish and work for they own Job security. Poor Management. Management will never encourage genuine employees. They always trust the false people and blame the trustworthy. In each department you will see the management own persons who don't have knowledge, and the employee should listen to what they say weather it is correct or wrong. Anybody in the company can easily manipulate the management by giving wrong directions and feedback and the poor employee need to prove themselves. Please don't trust HR manager while joining. Take written communication for everything what they promise at the time of joining. No expectations on Promotions, salary increments and incentive. They never own an employee. They just treat employee as poor worker who just work for money. Please think 3-4 times before joining and also seek for advises from known person before joining...
