Been Associated with Verso Altima India from time it been established from last 4 years In my 17 year career it's been one of challenging and great place to work. Verso x Factor is the people working very rarely we will find almost all employees talented and want to work project success rather than monetary perks. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
