I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. I've joined as a fresher but I've never feel that I'm new in workplace my superiors taught me very well and optimising my knowledge and skills too I'm feeling blessed to be a part of Veritas family.

While I think the company has a lot of strengths, one area that could use improvement is the communication process between departments. It seems like there could be some more clarity and collaboration to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.

Home loan team take early morning concall at 6 am and ends call at 8 am worst sales head no work life balance to HL team even on sundays we should attend concal which is very irritating thing and the morning fresh mood will be gone with this shit con call .
