- They claim that they follow Agile but their definition of Agile is having stand-ups. - The company believes in just running test cases instead of properly testing their product. - Most deliveries made to the customer get defects in production. - Its not a flat organization but a traditional mom and pop shop where your manager decides your destiny. - Appraisals are a joke. - Let's not even talk about the politics and favoritism. - Forget getting a chance to learn something new, the company does not even provide a proper KT to a new joiner. - You could be asked to work over the weekend due to hap hazard nature of the development process. - Managers can work from home but the rest have to mandatorily work from office....Read More

You have to figure everything out by yourself and for the vast domain it is it’s so hard Sudden Lay offs after false promises Some of the senior manager /director are rude and bully you even if you don’t work for them The culture and politics is bad No hike
