There's nothing to appreciate. The security guard is the real MVP there, treating like you a royalty. The rest act like they are running a Fortune 500 company incognito.

Management , So-called Leads who don't have any knowledge and experience , If you have 4 years of IT experience don't go there you will to work under such less-experienced , idiot leads who don't know anything. Even they said Product support specialist but it's a completely BPO job. Don't expect to work as an actual technical support like writing a SQL query or managing any database or solving any server issue.. it's a just calling and chat work. Nothing else. Horrible work timings. Useless Hybrid model in which they don't even pay travelling allowances ... during office visits, they will calculate your TA daily.
